Shipping destinations

We ship within the European Union, as well as to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you cannot select your country from the drop-down menu during checkout, we unfortunately do not currently ship there.

Shipping costs

The exact shipping costs depend on the destination country and the contents of your shopping cart and will be displayed automatically at checkout before you complete your order. We offer free shipping for orders over €150.

Delivery time

Delivery time is generally 2–5 business days from shipment confirmation.

Track & Trace

All shipments are sent with tracking. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

Customs and import duties (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)

Since Switzerland and Liechtenstein are not part of the EU customs union, additional customs duties, import VAT, or processing fees may apply upon import. These are not included in the purchase price and are charged separately by the local authorities or the delivery service.

Depending on the product, we ship with different DHL products: Smart Home Switches via DHL Parcel, spare parts via DHL Warenpost International Premium — both shipment types are tracked and insured.
