Really without a battery? How is that supposed to work?

What do I need for the switch to work?
A Philips Hue Bridge V2 or Pro, at least one Hue lamp, and the Philips Hue app for initial setup. Nothing more.
Does the Switch work without internet?
Yes. As long as your Hue Bridge is powered, the switch will also work offline — once set up in the Hue app, it will continue to function.

We completely equipped our house with GIRA System 55 and didn't want to stick a clunky plastic switch to the wall. The Senic Switch blends in seamlessly; no one can tell the difference from a normal switch. The workmanship is first-class, you can tell it's Made in Germany.

Great for rental apartments
I've wanted smart switches for a long time, but as a tenant, I'm not allowed to change anything in the electrical system. With the adhesive dots, the Senic Switch is on the wall in 2 minutes – no drilling, no tools. It even sticks directly to kitchen tiles. When I move out, I can just remove it. What do I need to make the switch work?
A Philips Hue Bridge V2 or Pro, at least one Hue bulb, and the Philips Hue app for initial setup. Nothing more.
How many lamps can I control?
Up to 50 Hue lamps simultaneously, with up to six functions per switch.
Can one key trigger multiple things?
Not with the default Hue settings. There are third-party apps for that, like iConnectHue or Hue Essentials — these turn your switch into a real scene remote control.
Routines or voice assistants — is that possible?
Routines and hubs like Alexa do not directly support Hue for such switches. However, via the Hue
Bridge, your switch becomes HomeKit-enabled — and can also control Sonos, HomePod,
smart plugs, and much more.
Does it also work with other Zigbee products?
The switch is made for the Hue Bridge (and for HomeKit via the Bridge). We have not tested Zigbee products
from other manufacturers — therefore, we do not recommend them.
The switch is not recognized — what to do?
No problem, let's reset it: press top left → hold top right for approx. 10 sec. →
top right + bottom left simultaneously → top left. Afterwards, briefly check the alignment of the
module.

What colors does it come in?
In four: anthracite, black, glossy white and matt white.
Which frames fit?
The switch is in the GIRA System 55 design – you can use most frames from this series
series. Tested & confirmed: Berker S1 and Jung A550. Dimensions: 81 × 81 × 17 mm, cutout 55 × 55 mm.
Which rocker switches can I use?
Because of the integrated EnOcean module, only our special Senic rocker switches fit —
not the standard variants.
Is the single seesaw included?
Yes, the single rocker is included. You can replace it with a double rocker in just a few steps.
Are there multiple frames?
Multi-gang frames can be obtained from GIRA or specialized third-party providers.
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within three business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Free delivery for orders over €100.
Where do you deliver?
You select this directly at the checkout in the country dropdown. If your country is not listed there,
we currently unfortunately do not deliver there.
What about returns and cancellations?
